The XII International Tourism Summit of AMPI was held from June 14th to 16th, 2023 at the Social, Civic and Cultural Center in Riviera Ensenada, Baja California.
“The main objectives of this symposium were to promote this destination (Ensenada, Baja California) and to generate valuable networking among us,” said Ignacio Lacunza, national president of AMPI.
Some of the topics addressed were: “Development of Housing 5.0”, by Luis Alberto Moreno; “Real Estate Potential of the Tijuana-Rosarito-Ensenada Coastal Corridor”, by Luis Bustamante; “Restricted Zone Trust”, by Luis Enrique Figueroa and “Dream Loan: Mortgage Financing in Dollars for Foreigners” by Pablo Noé Désiga, among others.
The event was attended by around 600 people, real estate agents, developers, surveyors, chambers of commerce and financial institutions.
With each edition of the Tourism Real Estate Summit, the aim is to generate a more solid plan of action that will allow a more active participation of Mexico with the northern countries, especially with the United States and Canada, with whom we want to create a more active intervention to continue strengthening the holiday real estate transactions.
“The main objective of this forum was to be a space for reflection on the changes and challenges facing the real estate sector, in order to create a synergy that contributes to the strengthening of Mexican tourist destinations.” —Ignacio Lacunza, national president of AMPI.
