Oceana Bucerias Residences Presents Its Amenities

Recently, the real estate agency Timothy Real Estate Group announced the latest news about Oceana Bucerias Residences, one of the projects they represent in the Golden Zone of Bucerías, Nayarit.

Developed by Triángulo Riviera del Pacífico (the successful company behind projects such as Pacifica Bucerias and Indigo Bucerias), Oceana Bucerias Residences’ layouts include two- and three-bedroom apartments, some with an additional studio. They range in size from 1,453 to 2,314 square feet. More than 40 per cent of the inventory is currently sold.

Due to its location on one of the highest hills in Bucerías, the project will be divided into two towers, offering views of the sea, the city and the mountains.
