Groundbreaking Ceremony Held for XUNA in Nuevo Vallarta

In the company of key players in the region’s business and real estate sectors, Constructora H&G officially broke ground on XUNA, its newest residential development located within the Los Flamingos Master Condominium in Nuevo Vallarta.

Situated on a 246,956 square feet lot, XUNA is a low-density project that will feature five towers with a residential inventory of 149 condos. Floor plans include two bedrooms with two bathrooms, two bedrooms with three bathrooms, and three bedrooms with three bathrooms. Each property will include two dedicated parking spaces.

Standout lifestyle amenities feature a two-story clubhouse complete with a restaurant and bar, an adults-only rooftop lounge, a swimming pool, a spa, a fitness center, padel and pickleball courts, a jogging track, a boardroom, and a kids playroom. Additionally, the development will offer a private shuttle service to Flamingos Beach, located just 800 meters away.

Ideally located near the airport, pristine beaches, golf courses, shopping centers, schools, and hospitals, XUNA integrates seamlessly into the well-established Los Flamingos residential community. The project marks Constructora H&G’s first entry into the region’s luxury real estate market.

The groundbreaking event was led by Carlos Garza, CEO of Constructora H&G, and Javier Ramírez, commercial director of XUNA. The ceremony also featured special appearances by Martha Guerrero, president of COPARMEX Riviera Nayarit, and Miguel Tejeda, president of AMPI Riviera Nayarit.
