Katya Homm Properties celebrates two years of success in Puerto Vallarta with the opening of its new office located in Parota Center. Designed by the renowned architect Gustavo Obregón Casto, who heads the Casa Cubo firm, this new workspace reflects the company’s growth and its commitment to excellence in customer service.
This office is a testament to Puerto Vallarta’s vibrant real estate landscape. The industrial loft design combines modern elegance with functionality, creating a cozy and stimulating space for both clients and real estate agents.
Katya Homm, the mind behind the brand, expressed her enthusiasm for the inauguration: “We are here to help others join us and make Puerto Vallarta their home, just as it became mine and my family’s.”
Originally from Budapest, Hungary, she arrived at our destination twelve years ago in search of medical attention for her autistic daughter. However, the charm of this picturesque bay captivated her, and she decided to settle here. Since then, she has made significant contributions to the local real estate landscape.
The growth and success of Katya Homm Properties would not be possible without the support and collaboration of her team. Claudia Gastelum, Katya’s right hand from the beginning and now a partner, has played a fundamental role in the agency’s rise.
The inauguration of the new office in Parota Center marks the beginning of an exciting chapter for Katya Homm Properties and for Puerto Vallarta’s real estate community.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony for Katya Homm Properties’ new office was conducted by Silvia E. Elias, president of AMPI Puerto Vallarta Section.
