Grupo HEVA Celebrates 15th Anniversary

Last month, Grupo HEVA celebrated the 15th anniversary of its founding in Puerto Vallarta with the goal of providing a new standard in the quality of premium condominium construction.

With more than 100 years of combined experience, Grupo HEVA’s core management team consists of 15 people, but currently employs more than 400 people, who together have been able to implement the hallmark of this successful company: meticulous attention to detail, quality of materials used, and delivery of units on time. In each of the projects developed by Grupo HEVA, they usually undertake some voluntary work to contribute to the improvement of the surrounding infrastructure. These community works include the Protección Civil facilities in Conchas Chinas and the Aguacate Walkway, which significantly improved pedestrian traffic on the street connecting the Altavista neighborhood with the Romantic Zone. The work in Marina Vallarta included the installation of a hydraulic system to properly manage water during the rainy season on Av. Paseo de la Marina, as well as the sidewalk and street improvement of Gansos Street. In VBucerias, their latest construction project, they plan to improve Av. Los Picos, which is where this development is located.

Grupo HEVA’s success is evident in each of the projects they have developed in Vallarta · Nayarit, and their motivation is based on the leadership they have consolidated.
