Starting this month, the European airline TUI Airways Limited will resume its flights to Vallarta · Nayarit, with routes originating in Manchester (one frequency per week, beginning November 3) and another originating in London-Gatwick (one frequency per week, beginning November 25).
After the air connectivity between Mexico and the United Kingdom remained closed, the authorities of that country announced last month their decision to remove travel restrictions to a variety of countries, including ours.
Because of this shift, an influx of between 300 and 345 passengers per flight is anticipated, with an expected count of 16,000 passengers from Europe visiting Vallarta · Nayarit during the winter season 2021-2022.
This reactivation comes to boost the real estate activity of the destination, since the air connection to our destination from the United Kingdom encourages investors to see Vallarta · Nayarit as a viable option to acquire a second property.
“The resumption of air connectivity between Europe and our destination is excellent news. This new development sets a very important precedent for our region, as a new market segment opens for all the industries that operate in the Banderas Bay.” —Marc Murphy, CEO of the Riviera Nayarit Convention and Visitors Bureau.
