Real estate investment companies DINE and Jones Lang LaSalle announce the start of the last phase of construction of the exclusive Las Marietas development within the private community Punta Mita, located at the northern end of Banderas Bay. This project features seven buildings (42 residences) located adjacent to the 18th hole of the Bahía golf course (designed by Jack Nicklaus) and is named for the impressive Marietas Islands, which can be seen in the distance.
Las Marietas offers three- and four-bedroom units, with amenities such as elevator, underground parking, fitness center, BBQ area and infinity pools. Since its launching, the project has been favorably marketed, with few units currently available.
DINE also announced the opening of new beach club Sufi Ocean Club, which has received a very positive response from residents and guests, who enjoy the advantages of Punta Mita. This new complex features a salt water pool, wood cabañas, sofa beds, outdoor showers, beach access, water activities and a restaurant.
Like Las Marietas, the opening of the Sufi Ocean Club is part of DINE’s commitment to offer residents the best amenities and services for a luxury resort lifestyle.
