D’esire Offers Pre-sales Discounts

Following the successful presentation of the D’esire luxury development, Boardwalk Realty, the real estate agency in charge of its marketing, has announced a series of discounts ranging from 15 to 20 percent during the pre-sales phase.

This luxury condominium is located on Constitución Street in the Romantic Zone, one of the locations with the most added value in Puerto Vallarta. It will be designed by architect Octavio López and developed by D’Group Developers, creators of the D’Terrace and D’Residences real estate projects.

D’esire will be an eight-story tower with a total of 30 luxury units ranging in size from 764 to 1,388 square feet. They will offer a contemporary European design and five different floor plans that vary between one-bedroom apartments with one bath and two bedrooms with two and a half baths.

Amenities include an elegant lobby, 24/7 security, two elevators, gym, library, commercial and multifunctional area, storage and an innovative dog toilet. The rooftop will have a jacuzzi, cabañas, infinity-edge pool, bar and restaurant.

Apartments can be reserved and/or purchased with a 30 percent down payment, as well as paying 60 percent over 18 months and the remaining 10 percent during delivery (estimated for April 2021).
