Amancay Celebrates the Delivery of Its First Apartments

Last month, the developers of Amancay (one of Nuevo Vallarta’s most anticipated new beachfront residential projects, hosted a special cocktail party to celebrate the delivery of its first eight apartments. The event brought together owners and special guests, marking a fundamental milestone for this luxury development.

“This milestone marks the formal beginning of life at Amancay. After a complex process that involved redefining the project and expanding its size to 60,000 square meters, these deliveries confirm the success of the development,” shared Alejandra Vergara, sales director of INTERAMERICAN · Real Estate, the agency in charge of its sales and marketing.

AN ICONIC PROJECT FOR BANDERAS BAY

Amancay is a project that redefines the Nuevo Vallarta skyline. The architectural concept, designed by Arseni Varabyeu and his firm Varabyeu Partners, harmonizes with the waves of the ocean, the wind and the mountains, achieving an elegant and contemporary aesthetic.

Other amenities will be completed as the construction stages progress, maintaining a constant pace and supported by the vast experience of Peninsula Residences developer.
