One&Only Mandarina Private Homes Inaugurated

On a stretch of almost a mile and a quarter of virgin beach in Riviera Nayarit, two ambitious ultra-luxury projects have arrived: the One&Only Mandarina resort and the One&Only Mandarina Private Homes residential community.

Also present during the inauguration event were Nayarit Governor Antonio Echevarría, General Director of Ordenación Turística Sostenible (Sustainable Tourism Planning) César González and Nayarit Secretary of Tourism Antonio Riojas, among other personalities.

With a first collection of 54 residences, One&Only Mandarina Private Homes offers innovative real estate proposals with a contemporary design, complete with views of the mountains’ lush slopes and the Pacific. With four-, five-, six- and eight-bedroom floor plans, the price of the residences starts at 5,250,000 USD.
