Recently, it was announced that Xala, the ultra-luxury resort/residential project, has begun its construction phase. This development has raised an initial investment of 1 billion dollars.
Located on more than 3,000 acres, Xala promises to be a milestone in Mexico’s real estate history. The project will feature two ultra-luxury hotels, as well as 100 residential villas.
The first phase of this project will include the construction of a Six Senses hotel, 51 villas from the same brand (each with its own private pool), as well as 75 ranches with an area of two and a half hectares and 197 linear feet of beachfront.
Xala will also develop and carry out ambitious plans designed to protect the environment and local communities. The project includes the restoration of more than 620 acres of land, the creation of a protected natural area of more than 1,270 acres, and the recovery of the Chalacatepec and Xola-Paramán estuaries.
This elaborate project not only represents a significant investment in real estate, but also a commitment to sustainable tourism in Mexico, which will contribute to cementing Costalegre as a world-class destination.
Entrepreneurs Ricardo Santa Cruz, Jerónimo and Juan Bremer lead this exclusive project. They have more than two decades of experience and were founding partners of the successful Mandarina development in Riviera Nayarit.
