Tierra Alta Holds Open House

Tierra Alta, a more than 17-acre ecological development located in a pristine area on the outskirts of El Tuito (approximately an hour south of Puerto Vallarta), held an open house to publicize its available lots and different cabaña plans offered. Ryan Donner, Timothy Real Estate Group agent and sales representative of this residential community, offered guests a tour of the model cabañas, characterized by their luxury and spectacular views of the mountains, pines and oak trees.

Tierra Alta offers lots ranging from about 17,220 to 20,450 square feet. In addition, there are six models of cabañas to choose from, with different prices, provisions and levels. Owners can also opt for custom designs.

Designed as a complex that respects and coexists with nature, for residents looking for a peaceful lifestyle and great amenities, Tierra Alta has a common-use area with pool, palapa, kitchen and outdoor dining area. In addition, it offers road access, security booth, water service and underground electrical installation. Services such as satellite television, internet and gardening are available in the area.

Nearly 60 percent of the land in Tierra Alta has been sold. Each lot has a clearly defined building space, the construction of the cabañas, which takes approximately six months, handled by independent contractors.
