Susurros del Corazón Updates Its Progress Toward Completion

Susurros del Corazón, one of the most recent additions to the prestigious portfolio of Auberge Resorts Collection, recently presented the construction and sales progress of this luxury development located in the Punta de Mita area.

Susurros del Corazón · Auberge Residences is a luxury development with direct access to the beach. It will house a luxury, boutique hotel with 62 rooms and will also have a community of 30 exclusive, individual residence properties, which will include three-, four-, five- and six-bedroom homes.

The first stone of this development was laid in February 2019, and currently, the exterior construction of both the resort and the private residences is at 90 percent. The interior design and installation of finishes and accessories throughout the complex is also underway at this time.

With 50 percent of its inventory already sold, the property is on track to open for the 2021–2022 winter season.

According to the resort chain, residents will have a variety of amenities to enjoy including three pools (one of which is for adults only), water activities, a fitness center, onsite dining options and a spa inspired by the culture of the region.
