Susurros del Corazón Prepares Delivery of First Units

Susurros del Corazón, one of the most recent additions to the prestigious portfolio of Auberge Resorts Collection, recently announced the construction progress of this luxury community located in the Punta de Mita area.

Susurros del Corazón · Auberge Residences is an established beachfront development with direct access to the beach that will house a luxury boutique hotel with 59 rooms and suites, which is scheduled to start operations in April 2022.

This development also includes a community of 30 exclusive properties, with floor plans consisting of beach casitas to villas ranging from three-, four-, five- and six-bedroom residences. It is estimated that the first properties will begin to be delivered in April 2022 as well.

According to the resort chain, among the main amenities that its residents can enjoy is a beach club including pool area with terrace and a spa inspired by the traditional culture of the region.
