Riviera Nayarit Welcomes Montage and Pendry

Recently, luxury resort chain Montage Hotels and developer DINE agreed to build two world-class resorts in the exclusive Punta Mita development. These will be Montage Punta Mita and Pendry Punta Mita, scheduled to open in 2026.

The 25-hectare Montage Punta Mita will feature 140 guest rooms and a state-of-the-art spa and fitness center. In addition, this resort will feature 91 Montage Residences within the community, ranging from 2,798 to over 10,763 square feet of living space.

Pendry Punta Mita, on the other hand, will be set on 12 hectares and will offer stunning views of the famous surf breaks of Riviera Nayarit. The resort will feature 115 rooms and a spa. In addition, it will also feature 30 Pendry Residences with exclusive design plans and up to 4,305 square feet of living space.

It is estimated that the construction, opening and operation of the two resorts will create around 1,000 jobs in this part of the Riviera Nayarit.

These resorts will be the new jewels of Punta Mita and are scheduled to open in 2026.
