Private Presentation of Nuevo Vallarta Plaza Business Center
Green Realty Mexico, Frava Grupo Inmobiliario and Capital & CO Property—all renowned real estate agencies in Puerto Vallarta and Mexico City—hosted a private presentation to showcase the Nuevo Vallarta Plaza Business Center makeover. The facility is a four-story building for businesses featuring commercial space, executive offices, restaurants, and a spectacular 360-degree view from its Roof Garden.
The organizers explained that the privileged location of the mall—right next to Marina Nuevo Vallarta—calls for a master plan designed for the construction of three piers with capabilities for up to six yachts at the same time, as well as a heliport on the roof of the building. These refurbishments are expected to be completed by December 2016.

Originally inaugurated in 2011, the Nuevo Vallarta Business Center is a modern complex featuring over 30 commercial premises and offices, as well as restaurants with terraces.
