The organizers explained that the privileged location of the mall—right next to Marina Nuevo Vallarta—calls for a master plan designed for the construction of three piers with capabilities for up to six yachts at the same time, as well as a heliport on the roof of the building. These refurbishments are expected to be completed by December 2016.
“A project of this nature not only provides high-quality infrastructure to our destination but it shows that Riviera Nayarit remains an attractive area for real estate investments,” commented Green Realty Mexico broker/owner, Ignacio Benítez.
Originally inaugurated in 2011, the Nuevo Vallarta Business Center is a modern complex featuring over 30 commercial premises and offices, as well as restaurants with terraces.
“Aside from being surrounded by a national and international business environment, this mall is situated in the heart of a top-notch tourism industry destination. It features excellent access routes and will shortly be the only business center in the region accessible by land, sea and air,” said Angélica Ugalde, Chief Executive of Capital & CO Property.
