Presenting Punta Coradiso

The SI Real Estate agency recently hosted a breakfast for potential buyers and real estate agents from Vallarta · Nayarit to introduce them to Punta Coradiso, a new condominium project strategically located in the dynamic Golden Zone of Bucerías, Nayarit. The group presented the amenities as well as the payment plan offering for this new development.

Punta Coradiso is a residential tower composed of 54 units distributed over six levels. Some of its amenities include a swimming pool with bar, game room, spa, paddle tennis court, jacuzzis, gym, sunset terrace and a commercial area on the ground floor of more than 7,534 square feet. The beach is just one block away.

The presentation was led by Enrique Del Moral, CEO of SI Real Estate; Álvaro Arizti, commercial director; a founding partner of Huella Desarrollos, which is the company in charge of the construction of this project; and Cristóbal Carroll, director of Punta Coradiso. Carroll announced that there is a financing plan available with a 25 percent deposit and the balance due upon delivery of the finished unit.

Punta Coradiso is a condominium development that will house one-bedroom units and two-bedroom, double-height penthouses, with sizes ranging from 731 to 1,227 square feet. Currently, this development is scheduled to begin construction in August 2021 and culminate in September 2023.

Punta Coradiso is built by Huella Desarrollos, a company based in Guadalajara, Jalisco. The company’s portfolio of residential and commercial projects includes destinations such as the Ribera de Chapala, Riviera Maya and Riviera Nayarit.
