Presenting OASIS at Rivera Cuale

Local brokers and real estate agents recently attended the unveiling event of OASIS at Rivera Cuale, a new condominium project under construction that is strategically located in the heart of Old Town.

This development with sustainable design elements will consist of 100 nicely decorated units, which will offer views towards the sea and the river. The floor plans range from studios to three-bedroom apartments.

OASIS at Rivera Cuale is a private, gated community and its amenities include its riverside gardens, coworking space, concierge service, infinity-style pools, meeting room, snack bar, private cabañas, fully equipped gym, rooftop pool and jacuzzi, rooftop lounge and BBQ area, underground parking, private storage areas, elevator for 10 people and Wi-Fi in common areas, among many others.

Currently 40 percent of the inventory has been placed and the delivery of this development is scheduled for the end of 2023.
