With the intention of delivering its first units in mid-May and extending until July, Pacífica Bucerías Residences is in the final stage of construction.
“It has been very gratifying to be able to witness the performance and quality control the developers have put into this project. The new generation materials and equipment impart great value to the purchase price,” shares Victoria Pratt, director of the North Shore division of Timothy Real Estate Group, the agency in charge of marketing this condominium.
Located just two blocks from the beach and close to restaurants, cafes, galleries and boutiques, the complex has a contemporary Mexican design inspired by the Pacific coast and is made up of three modular buildings with different heights that will showcase views of the sea and town.
Some of the amenities the residents of Pacífica Bucerías Residences will enjoy are two lobbies, a fully equipped gym, storage space for bicycles and sports equipment, a shared golf cart to get around in Bucerías, underground parking, a rooftop lounge with BBQ area and rooftop pool with bar and social area.
Pacífica Bucerías Residences is being developed by the company Triángulo Riviera del Pacífico, an association formed by Eduardo Meza, José Manuel Morales and Juan Pablo Stone.
