Open House at Nemi Eco Villa
The renowned real estate agency Applegate Realtors hosted an open house at Nemi Eco Villa, an eco sustainable-designed residence in Amapas, south of Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone. The event gathered nearly 60 guests—including agents, real estate representatives and clients—who were able to discover the design and amenities of this vacation rental property that offers an environmentally responsible experience without sacrificing luxury.
The villa was designed by the firm Max Living and Design (with branches in Chicago, Illinois, and Puerto Vallarta) and it features four levels situated in a mountainous surrounding, with stunning views of Banderas Bay. Among its amenities are six bedrooms built from repurposed shipping containers, eight baths, spacious common areas, spa, all natural swimming pool and outdoor bar. Nemi Eco Villa is perfect for hosting groups of up to 12 people. In addition, the property features a solar power system, biodigester, grey water collection and solar water heating.
