With a vision of innovation and professionalization for the real estate sector, Enrique Miguel Tejeda Guillemin assumed the presidency of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI) Riviera Nayarit for 2025-2026.
During the swearing-in ceremony, held in the auditorium of the Gran Nayar Hotel Escuela, the new president shared that the pillars of his administration will include the formation of 11 working committees, the integration of new technologies and the strengthening of transparency in all real estate operations.
The event was attended by Karim Antonio Oviedo Ramírez, national president of AMPI, as well as professionals, presidents of business chambers, notaries and members from various sections of the association.
During the ceremony, fundamental agreements for the development of the industry were formalized and an alliance was established with the Confederación Patronal de la República Mexicana (COPARMEX), represented by Francisco Vizcaíno Rendón, with the aim of strengthening institutional relations and promoting the growth of the real estate market in the region.
