Marítima Holds Open House

Real estate professionals from SI Real Estate received clients and colleagues from other real estate companies at Marítima Playa Flamingos, a luxury development located in Nuevo Vallarta. At an elegant cocktail (which included a DJ, cocktails and canapés), they presented the condominium’s avant-garde amenities.

The project consists of three towers with 12 apartment models distributed on 10 levels. The units will range from about 1,528 to 3,337 square feet, with exclusive interior design. Among the amenities are a sophisticated lobby, fully equipped spa and gym, as well as a roof garden with pool and terrace, two paddle tennis courts, two common areas with swimming pool on the first level, restaurant-bar, green areas and exclusive access to the beach.

This luxury residential project was created by Arseni Varabyeu, with a design that evokes the natural forms of the ocean and the wind. In addition, it enjoys a privileged location by the ocean in Nuevo Vallarta.

Sale prices per unit start at $10,900,000 pesos. SI Real Estate projects the completion of the first phase for December 2019 and the second phase (already started) by the end of 2020. Pre-construction prices are available for the commercialization of the third phase.
