Domus Fine Real Estate Holds Triple Open House

A few weeks ago, real estate agency Domus Fine Real Estate held a triple open house, presenting the amenities available at the Green 18, Islas Palmares and Real Nuevo Vallarta developments to various real estate agents in the region.

The event began at El Tigre, Paradise Village Golf & Country Club, where attendees received a “Domus Passport” allowing them access to each of the properties. They first toured Green 18, comprising 23 exclusive villas, with eco-friendly amenities such as green areas, solar heaters, photovoltaic power and LED lighting, in addition to luxury finishes, private pool and views of the golf course.

Subsequently, attendees toured Islas Palmares, a development of one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums, with amenities including spa, 24-hour security, swimming pool, jacuzzi, gardens, beach club and sports club.

Then it was on to Real Nuevo Vallarta, a community of 45 houses with three and four bedrooms and amenities such as sundeck, swimming pool, palapa area, gym, green areas, controlled access and 24-hour security. Topping things off, agents enjoyed a cocktail at the development’s clubhouse.
