Distrito Coral Delivers Its First Units

In March 2021, SB Realtors formally began as work as the managing brokerage for Distrito Coral, a condominium development located on María Montessori Street in the Palmar de Aramara neighborhood of the Puerto Vallarta Hotel Zone. After completing the sales process, they have now announced that delivery on their first units has begun.

The modern development consists of 72 units distributed in three six story towers, featuring 60 two bedrooms residences and 12 penthouses.

With a monthly absorption of 7 percent (a little more than five units placed every 30 days), Distrito Coral is the latest project from developer DMBTA, a company based in Guadalajara, Jalisco. Del Muro Construcciones is the construction company.
