Developments to Follow in the First Half of 2019
The real estate boom experienced by the Puerto Vallarta and Bahía de Banderas tourist strip continues, with the arrival of new condominiums that seek to satisfy the demands of the market in terms of amenities, location and types of units. 2018 witnessed the completion of complexes such as Loft 268, Pavilion, Pier 59 and Nayri Life & Spa (located in the Romantic Zone), but other projects that have begun construction are also attractive options for those who wish to acquire a property in the short or medium term.
