Delta Tower II Begins Marketing with Discounts and Bonuses

Grupo Real del Mar has begun marketing its new condominium complex within the Alamar development in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle: Delta Tower II. It will house 20 one- to three-bedroom units distributed on 10 levels. Amenities include the Jungle Club and a full fitness center with ocean views.

With the launch of the presale, Grupo Real del Mar is offering discounts and bonuses for buyers, as well as attractive incentives and commissions for real estate agents. The former includes an 18 percent discount on cash transactions, an additional 3 percent discount on any form of payment, a $40,000-peso bonus to invest in curtains with Tecnoline and a 10 percent discount on furniture purchases with AI · DECO design studio. The offers are valid until July 15th, 2017.

For real estate professionals, they offer a 4 percent commission and an additional $1,000 USD per sale, while real estate agencies will receive $2,000 USD per sale.

Prices for Delta Tower II condominiums start at $166,800 USD, with payment plans up to 24 months with no interest. Other Alamar development amenities include a beach club, international restaurant-bar, paddle tennis courts and jogging trails.

In total, the Delta complex will consist of four towers. The first is 80 percent sold, with deliveries to begin in the last quarter of this year. The model unit in this private community is already available to the public, demonstrating the features offered in Delta Tower II.
