Construction of Susurros del Corazón Begins

Developers and investors of Susurros del Corazón, the most recent addition to the Auberge Resorts Collection portfolio, have placed the cornerstone of this development located in Punta de Mita.

The complex will house a luxury boutique hotel with 62 oceanview residences where select guests can stay, as well as a community of 30 private properties (with three, four, five or six bedrooms), which already are being marketed by Riviera Partners Realty.

The development, facing the sea and with direct access to the beach, is located in an incomparable natural environment, with a community that will celebrate the boho-chic culture of Mexico’s picturesque coastal cities. Starting prices will range around four million dollars.

According to the chain of resorts, the properties will be designed in harmony with the environment, and among the amenities that residents can enjoy is a pool area with a terrace and a spa inspired by the region’s culture.

The company in charge of construction is SV Capital, led by Mark Cooley. Based in Denver, this company has successfully worked on developments located around the world, combining the finest amenities with a high sense of attention to detail.
