Recently, the agents of Tropicasa Realty acquired the certification granted by CONOCER (Consejo Nacional de Normalización y Certificación de Competencias Laborales) (National Council for Standardization and Certification of Labor Competencies), a parastatal entity linked to the Secretaría de Educación Pública (SEP) (Ministry of Public Education) that has a real estate program with national validity, which is backed by the Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios (AMPI) (Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals).
This three-day certification program covered the theoretical and practical aspects of sales, as well as the legal framework of the real estate purchase-sale process in Mexico, followed by a two-day exam period.
“This certification granted to the entire agency is only part of our commitment to providing the most professional real estate experience to our clients. All our agents are members of AMPI, and our agency is a member of several reputable associations in the United States, such as NAR (National Association of Realtors), ICREA (International Consortium of Real Estate Associations) and Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate,” commented a proud Wayne Franklin, president of Tropicasa Realty.
CONOCER coordinates and promotes the Sistema Nacional de Competencias (National Competency System) so that Mexico has more competent entrepreneurs, workers, teachers, students and public servants.
“Our agents are known for knowing both our clients and our market well, something that is reflected in the more than 20 years of experience we have in the Vallarta · Nayarit real estate industry.” —Wayne Franklin, president of Tropicasa Realty.
