Mortgage loan counseling and management company Cross Border Investment Mortgages (CBI Mortgages) celebrated its eighth anniversary in Puerto Vallarta, holding a cocktail party attended by friends, clients and real estate agents with whom they have collaborated throughout the years.
CBI Mortgages was founded by Canadian Joshua Rappaport, who currently serves as general manager. The businessman has been based in Puerto Vallarta since 2003 and has more than 10 years of experience in the mortgage sector. He established his office with the philosophy of offering high-quality service aimed primarily at foreign buyers who wish to acquire a second property in Mexico.
Currently, CBI Mortgages offers 99 percent of its mortgage products for foreigners and coordinates loans throughout the country. Its main objective is to find the one that best suits the needs of its clients, with the lowest interest and monthly payments. Its team of professionals comprises real estate lawyers, commercial agents and administrative staff, who accompany the buyer throughout the process, from approval of the loan to the deed.
“I want to thank all the people who have supported us in these eight years, especially the real estate agents who recommend us. It is a great satisfaction for us to help people fulfill their dream of having a house in Mexico through a mortgage loan.” —Joshua Rappaport, founder and director of CBI Mortgages.
