The BMW Group strengthened its presence in Jalisco with the grand opening of BMW Naosa Puerto Vallarta, the fifth showroom in the state for the commercialization of its BMW and MINI brands.
Located on the Carretera a Tepic 5755, Las Juntas, this showroom is made up of the reception area, executive offices, waiting room and the designated area for the delivery of the cars. In addition to that, they have a warehouse for spare parts, a service workshop, inventory area and parking for customers. In terms of sustainability, which is a priority of the company, the building has LED lights and solar panels for producing its own electrical energy.
A grand opening event to celebrate the new dealership took place on June 3rd, 2021. Several different executives from the BMW Group and the Naosa Automotive Group were in attendance, as well as specifically invited VIP clients. Maru Escobedo, CEO of BMW Group Mexico gave words of welcome and thanked those present for making the new facility possible and successful. Escobedo commented that “Jalisco is one of the fastest growing states in Mexico, therefore it represents a region of utmost importance for the BMW Group. We are focused on offering the best service and facilities to our clients, so we will continue working with our strategic allies throughout the region to provide excellence and quality through our brands.”
The ribbon cutting ceremony was attended by Matthias Schlesiger, CEO of Financial Services Mexico and Latin America; Alexander Luhn, Regional Director of Sales Operations; Maru Escobedo, CEO of BMW Group Mexico; Ricardo Humphrey, director of MINI Mexico and Latin America; and Diego Camargo, post-sales director in Mexico and Latin America; among other select personalities.
