Ancora Finishes Successful Sales Stage

In February 2020, real estate agency SB Realtors formally announced its appointment as a master broker of Ancora, an exclusive condominium located on Av. El Anclote in Punta de Mita, one of the most dynamic microdestinations in Vallarta · Nayarit. 

Currently in the final phase of construction, this modernist beach development will be composed of four housing levels with 24 one- and two-bedroom apartments, ranging in size between 818 and 1,517 square feet.

The director of SB Realtors shares an unexpected phenomenon that not only helped accelerate Ancora’s sales but has also helped to maintain the entire real estate market in Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit dynamic: “The pandemic definitely came to revolutionize the world. Its effects gave a different perspective to both companies and families, where new roles were assumed thanks to technology. Remote work created a new dynamic, and, in this way, people realized that they no longer had to be physically in their hometowns to fulfill their daily tasks and that, instead, they could enjoy longer seasons in this beach destination.
