AMPI Vallarta Announces Real Estate Course

Endorsed by the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI) sections Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit and Compostela; real estate instructor Rafael Valdez announced his upcoming Real Estate Course I in Spanish to be held starting on March 7th, 2022.

This course will be from 11:00am to 2:00pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and will last four weeks. During the sessions a basic program will be addressed for participants to become familiar with the general concepts of the industry, as well as the legal and fiscal aspects involved in completion of a real estate purchase-sale.

Topics:

• Obtaining and exclusive marketing (process)
• Buyer services (sales techniques)
• Federal Maritime Land Zone and coastal environments
• Regularization of land holdings, transferring of parcel rights and plots with full ownership

Endorsed by the Secretaría de Educación Pública (SEP) and with complete validity at the national level, this 60-credit course is the basis for future real estate certifications. For more information contact Valdez via email ravalmex@gmail.com.

The Real Estate Course I is designed for people who wish to start a career in real estate activity or who want to integrate the elementary knowledge of this industry to perform their work ethically and professionally.

Taught by Rafael Valdez, this course will be held for four weeks beginning next March 7th, 2022.
