Puerto Vallarta’s Hidalgo Park was the venue for the Realty & Foodie Market, an innovative event that brought together restaurants and real estate agencies to promote themselves and offer information about the more than 3,000 properties for sale in our destination.

The Realty & Foodie Market was organized by the Riviera Nayarit and Cabo Bahía Sur sections of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI), in collaboration with the National Chamber of the Restaurant and Seasoned Food Industry (CANIRAC Puerto Vallarta-Riviera Nayarit). There were a total of 28 booths, including 16 real estate developments, eight restaurants and the rest from companies related to real estate.

The event also offered the opportunity to attend informative sessions on mortgage lending, including sessions for foreign investors interested in understanding how trusts work and receiving advice on how to invest safely in Mexico.

Carlos Lemus Mateos, president of AMPI Riviera Nayarit, and Patricia Virgen Alvarado, president of AMPI Cabo Bahía Sur, highlighted the unity and synergy with which they have been working for the benefit of the real estate industry in the region.

“In addition to promoting the sales of our developments and participating restaurants, we want to create a synergy between the community and the real estate industry. Since our sector generates significant economic benefits, we are promoting the creation of alliances with local organizations and strengthening ties with other sectors.” —Carlos Lemus Mateos, president of AMPI Riviera Nayarit.
