Through an event held at the facilities of the Hotel Quinta Edén Villahermosa, located in Villahermosa, the capital of the state of Tabasco, Florencia Estrada accepted the position as the new national president of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI) organization.
Florencia Estrada was national executive vice president of AMPI, and in the period 1992-1993 she was the founding president of the Villahermosa Section of the association, the city where she is originally from. In 2022, she replaces Pedro Fernández within the most important real estate organization in the country.
In her presentation to attending members, Estrada reaffirmed that her management will work under seven guiding principles: expansion, retention and profitability; transparency; technology and innovation; training and specialization; inclusion; institutionality; and social commitment.
During the event, the members of the National Council of Directors, as well as region coordinators and section presidents also gave presentations.
Finally, Estrada explained that the AMPI is divided into 14 regions nationwide, where 85 sections are located. Currently, the association has more than five thousand members throughout its regions.
