A few weeks ago, construction began on Torre Delta II, the new development of the Alamar residential and tourist complex, located in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Riviera Nayarit. The 10-story building will house 18 units with from one to three bedrooms and a three-bedroom penthouse.
Among the amenities residents can enjoy are the beach club, Jungle Club, paddle tennis, swimming pools, gym, hiking trails, Discovery Center and concierge services. Marketing of the project began during the second half of last year, and to date it is 27 percent sold. The first units will be delivered in September 2019.
This building represents the second stage of a master plan that includes four Delta towers within Alamar, the first phase marketed in 2017 with excellent results. Grupo Real del Mar (real estate division that belongs to the firm Tierra y Armonía Real Estate Group) is the developer of this residential community, its portfolio including projects such as Punta Esmeralda, Real del Mar, La Joya and La Joya de Huanacaxtle.

According to an official statement from Grupo Real del Mar, pre-sales of the Delta III Tower could launch within the next three months, due to the positive results of the first two phases of this exclusive, low-density residential community.
