Marítima Holds Open House

Different potential clients and real estate agents of the destination met at the Marítima Playa Flamingos development, where representatives of SI Real Estate offered a welcome cocktail, together with the exhibition of some works by painter Hugo Barajas, to celebrate the open house of one of its model units.

During the tour, attendees were able to learn about the details and finishes that will be part of each apartment, such as porcelain floors with Carrara print, quartz finishes for the kitchen countertops, air conditioning equipment and two exclusive elevators per condominium (one inside each unit for the owners and one by the stairs for the staff).

Located in Nuevo Vallarta, Marítima Playa Flamingos is a pet-friendly real estate project that will have two curved towers with 10 floors each, which will house 270 two- and three-bedroom apartments with ocean and golf course views, ranging in size from 1,614 to 2,755 square feet.
