CR1275 Holds Open House

CR1275, a condominium located in the 5 de Diciembre neighborhood, held an open house where clients and representatives of the real estate industry had the opportunity to learn about the details, finishes and interior decoration of the complex’s last available apartments.

During the event, Ryan Donner, a Timothy Real Estate Group agent, offered different guided tours of the complex’s units, which are ready to be inhabited.

This condominium offers 15 units with private terrace and three different floor plans: one- and two-bedroom apartments with one or two bathrooms, as well as fully furnished studios. Its amenities include a fitness center, elevator, lobby and a terrace with pool and panoramic view of the North Shore.

CR1275 has stucco, iron and wood finishes, as well as a harmonious design that provides a comfortable environment.

Developed by Eric Robledo and designed by the Laboratorio de Arquitectura Mexicana (LAM), with the interior decoration by CRATE Interiors, CR1275 has more than 70 percent of its units sold.
