Elengorn Realtors Presents Roma 240

Recently, real estate agency Elengorn Realtors and construction company CRAGSA Developments presented Roma 240, a new condominium located in Puerto Vallarta’s Versalles neighborhood, just a few blocks from the commercial area of Fluvial Vallarta and Francisco Villa Avenue.

The development will offer 40 units with two bedrooms and one and a half or two baths, as well as three different floor plans to choose from, with prices starting at $2,740,450 MXN.

The project was designed by the firm Arquitectos Asociados del Pacífico (led by renowned architect Paulo Rojo) and is currently under construction on the corner of Roma and España streets.

Among its amenities are a common-use terrace on the top level with Wi-Fi, infinity-style pool, wading pool, BBQ area, lounge chairs, restrooms, showers and a beautiful panoramic view of the city, as well as an elevator for 11 people, intercom, indoor and outdoor parking and 24/7 security.
