Presenting the Acuarela Development

With an initial investment of 10 billion pesos, Grupo DMI presents Acuarela, an urban project located in the Valle Real area of Zapopan that will have vertical housing spaces, corporate offices, a commercial area and a hotel.

Architects John Newcomb and Liliana Bernardis, from the firm Callison RTKL, used the urban district concept to develop Acuarela’s master plan, the project seeking to integrate the community so that it uses both the services and the amenities offered in its residential, work and recreational zone.

Emile is the first tower of condominiums and will house 139 units ranging from about 1,075 to 3,445 square feet. Some of its amenities include the entrance lobby, green areas, outdoor pool with wading pool, kids club, two lounges with plug and play terrace, gym with bathrooms, lockers, steam room and showers, an object library, outdoor area for events and children’s playground, among others.

Silva Brisset Realtors is an authorized broker to market this development, which will comprise eight residential towers, 250 first-class hotel rooms, three corporate office buildings, a tower of 150 apartments for seniors and 500 units for rent.
