Real estate agency Applegate Realtors held a cocktail party to celebrate the start of construction of AVIDA Residences, its latest project, with 94 units located in Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone.
Broker Moray Applegate, agent Pedro Robin, aA arquitectos Asociados del Pacífico director Paulo Rojo and developers Karen Malacara Bustamante and Fernando Castro welcomed real estate professionals from various companies, clients and other special guests in an installation on Francisco I. Madero street, next to the building site.
In an interview with Vallarta Real Estate Guide, Robin spoke about the characteristics of the property, which seeks LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from the US Green Building Council, with construction projected to be finished in the summer of 2020. “AVIDA Residences will be a very special contribution to the city. In addition to having this sustainability certification that is valid worldwide, it is designed under ADA standards, providing accessibility to people with some type of disability. Both the common areas and the apartments will house spaces with these characteristics,” he notes.
Among the project’s amenities are underground parking, lobby with central patio, two-story fitness center, two elevators, reading room, game room, business center, terrace with semi-Olympic pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ area, bar, lounge with firepit, hammocks and water mirror.
