During the month of November, this real estate macro-event held in Mexico City brought together under the same roof the Expo Negocios Inmobiliarios 2017 (2017 Real Estate Business Expo), the sixth Congreso de Desarrollos e Inversiones Inmobiliarias CDMX 2017 (Real Estate Development and Investment Congress) and the Real Estate Workshops. Organized by Inmobiliare magazine and B2B Media, this event offered numerous conferences, 18 roundtables and multiple free workshops, in addition to networking options.
Among others, notable personalities at the opening’s VIP table included Beatriz Gamboa Lago, former president of AMPI; Antonio Hanna, president of FIABCI of the Americas; Luis Méndez, president of Instituto Comercial e Industrial (ICEI) (Commercial and Industrial Institute); and Pablo Charvel, president of Asociación Mexicana de Parques Industriales Privados (AMPIP) (Mexican Association of Private Industrial Parks). More than 50 figures from the economic, political, social and journalism fields participated as presenters, including José Oriol Bosch, CEO of Grupo Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (Mexican stock exchange); Dilip Barot, president of Grupo Creative Choice; Richard Katzman, of HVS Mexico; and Rick Ricker, CEO of Reichmann International.
In the various conferences, invited experts explored the current market situation and other topics of interest to the real estate sector, including issues such as financial instruments for real estate development, regulation, growth strategies for new real estate developments, technologies applied to real estate marketing, digital infrastructure investment and development of smart cities, among others. They also addressed issues regarding the industrial market, tourism and new trends in mixed-use projects and the issues regarding the wellbeing of real estate focused on customers.
