Alana Wellness Living Breaks Ground in Nuevo Nayarit

With their recent groundbreaking event, VEQ Group has officially started construction on Alana Wellness Living, a premium residential development that aims to redefine quality of life and standard of living by combining nature, well-being and community in an exclusive environment.

Alana Wellness Living will be developed in four phases, with the first phase of construction beginning last month. The project’s grounds cover three hectares and will offer 300 units positioned throughout seven five-story towers, with three swimming pools, gym, paddle tennis courts, yoga areas and coworking space, among other exclusive amenities.

Jack Levy, president and founder of Grupo VEQ, said that the project represents a strong commitment to growth and development in Banderas Bay. In addition, he stressed that Alana Wellness Living seeks to create an environment that will improve quality of life for its residents.

During the event, Héctor Santana, municipal president of Banderas Bay, expressed his enthusiasm for the positive impact that this project will have on the region.
