APIVAC Inaugurates New President

Recently, the swearing-in ceremony of the new board of directors of the Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit’s Association of Real Estate Professionals was held, which will govern the organization during the 2022-2023 term. The event took place at the VITANIA Rooftop and was attended by professionals from the local real estate industry.

The new president is Patricia Virgen Alvarado, who is an attorney with a master’s degree in Civil and Financial Law. In addition, she has held positions in both the private and public sectors.

At the event, Virgen expressed that during her administration, her main objective will be to train the real estate professionals who are members of this important real estate association.

APIVAC’s main objective is to generate business among the associates. All of its guidelines are together with the other associations in this sector, not only here, but throughout the country.
