Las Verandas de Amapas Completes Successful Sales Stage

In January 2022, Tropicasa Realty announced the pre-launch sales of Las Verandas de Amapas, a low-density project centrally located in the Amapas neighborhood of Puerto Vallarta. After eight months, they confirm that they have successfully finished all presale sales.

Currently under construction, the development consists of 28 spacious two-bedroom units with two bathrooms, which offer oversized terraces with enviable views across the bay, city and mountains.

“We are very happy with the sales and marketing effort on this project, which has been designed to meet the needs of both permanent residents, and short-term visitors,” said Wayne Franklin, president and broker of Tropicasa Realty.

Delivery date is scheduled for December 2023.
