Start of Construction Activities for Laguna Living

Potential clients and real estate agents from the destination attended the ribbon cutting ceremony that marks the official start of construction activities for Laguna Living, a new condominium development located on Blvd. Nayarit in Nuevo Vallarta.

Benito Schon, a representative of the company Casa Amigable, the developer of this project that has more than 10 years of experience in the market, was present during the event, which was organized by the real estate agency Century 21 Ocean Realty.

Laguna Living will be composed of 244 units with floor plans of one bedroom and flex room with two bathrooms, two bedrooms with two bathrooms and three bedrooms with three bathrooms. They range from 893 to 1367 square feet.

Among its main amenities are two swimming pools, tennis court, children’s play area, pet area, jogging circuit, extensive green areas, fully equipped gym, 24/7 security, ample parking and controlled access.

The prices of the first phase of construction (with delivery date scheduled for March 2024) start at 3,153,793 MXN and includes the Cedro and Caoba towers, which are located in front of the Laguna Jarretaderas. The project in its entirety will include nine towers and an area for commercial businesses.
