500 Million USD Real Estate Investment Announced for Riviera Nayarit

The Punta Mita complex will receive a 500 million USD investment for the construction of two resorts, thanks to an agreement between real estate developer DINE and luxury hotel manager Montage International.

The Montage and Pendry resorts, scheduled to open in 2026, promise a combined offering of at least 250 hotel rooms and 120 luxury residences.

Montage Punta Mita
Montage Punta Mita, to be developed on 25 hectares, will offer 140 luxury guest rooms, a state-of-the-art spa and a variety of culinary options. In addition, Montage Punta Mita will feature 91 Montage Residences within the resort community, ranging from 2,799 to over 10,764 square feet of luxurious living space.

Pendry Punta Mita
Pendry Punta Mita, to be developed on 12 hectares, will offer 115 stylish rooms overlooking stunning surf spots. With a serene spa and variety of dining options, the resort will feature 30 fully serviced Pendry Residences with exclusive design plans and up to 4,306 square feet of living space.

Future residents of these communities will have access to the services and amenities of both resorts, as well as the amenities of Punta Mita, including golf courses and beach clubs.

Scheduled to open in 2026, the Montage and Pendry resorts promise at least 250 hotel rooms and 120 luxury residences.
