105º Sail View Holds Open House

Developer Geographica Global Residences and real estate agency Timothy Real Estate Group sponsored an open house at its most recent project: 105º Sail View. This 53-unit development, currently under construction, is located in Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone (three blocks from the Los Muertos Beach pier) and has access from Ignacio L. Vallarta street, Francisca Rodríguez street and Highway 200. Its name refers to our destination’s degree of latitude: 105.

Floorplans include units with one bedroom and one bath, two bedrooms and one or two baths and penthouses with three bedrooms and three baths. Amenities include the lobby, terrace, café-bar, lounge, fitness center, open-air fitness area, doggie park and rooftop with pool, jacuzzis, sand with hammocks and restaurant-bar. The property’s interior design, by Guadalajara firm B-Huber, masterfully integrates natural materials and contemporary pieces, paying special attention to details and providing a touch of sophistication and warmth.

During the event (attended by sector personalities and clients), two model units, with one and two bedrooms respectively, were opened. For a limited time, Timothy Real Estate Group offers pre-construction discounts. The development is expected to be completed during the last two months of this year.
