Connectivity, technology and urbanism will be the central focus of the XXVII Foro Inmobiliario AMPI Guadalajara (27th AMPI Guadalajara Real Estate Forum), to be held August 17, 2018, at PALCCO. Georgina Ochoa, president of AMPI Guadalajara, says that the objective is to train the sector with innovative tools in terms of housing, urbanism and verticality.
The forum, which anticipates 1,500 participants, will offer six presentations given by leading experts from Mexico and other parts of the world, including Pablo Testolini, director of Dubai’s urban design and master plan, who will present “Lessons Learned at a Global Level, The Architecture of the Future,” and Ricardo Perret, internationally recognized consultant who pioneered neuromarketing and neuroinnovation in Latin America.
And Laura De Haro will talk about how to sell vertical and luxury properties, while Oswaldo Reyes will present “Rich Real Estate Consultant: Creative Financial and Fiscal Strategy.”
During the forum, there will be a panel on sustainability and housing, as well as the AMPI 2018 Awards presentation, where the best developer, the most outstanding real estate agent and the best young real estate agent will be recognized.
“This event is aimed at the entire real estate sector, as well as developers, builders and students of both engineering and architecture. The idea is to come and get to know about the changes and trends in both urban planning and construction.” —Georgina Ochoa, president of AMPI Guadalajara.
