One of the most representative neighborhoods in Guadalajara is La Moderna, where the La Moderna housing development is currently being built, a project that seeks to honor this iconic area of the 1960s.
This housing complex, located right in front of the traditional Mercado de San Antonio, will have five levels housing 20 exclusive units in its initial stage. The apartments will have two to three bedrooms, each with a fitted kitchen, basement parking, intercom system and elevator with controlled access.
In addition to its location, one of this development’s great attractions is the Patio interconnecting all areas, which will be a living example of traditional and contemporary art masterfully fused by artist Alejandro Fournier, who created a combination of beautiful mosaics, pots and imposing latticework as the main element.
Marketed by El Centro Inmobiliaria, this project seeks to honor one of the city’s gems. It is a unique collaboration between urban artist Alejandro Fournier and the award-winning and innovative architecture firm GVA.
