In parallel, Timothy Real Estate Group announces that the delivery of the first units of its Loft 268 project is scheduled for this month and only 20 percent of the apartments remain for sale at preconstruction prices. On the other hand, their 105 Sail View condo (under construction) continues a promotion in which a parking space worth $10,000 USD is granted with the purchase of a Type F unit (studio).
